Located in an old car garage transformed into a summertime destination, Stella's Station Bar & Restaurant has been a Saugerties institution for over 15 years. As the premiere outdoor bar in the area, we are proud to offer an exciting menu, comfortable atmosphere, homemade ice cream shop and patio dining on historic Partition Street in Saugerties, New York. Owned and operated by two lifelong Saugerties residents, Culinary Institute of America Trained Chef Micahel DePoala and Bartender Extraordinaire Alex Lamb, Stella's Station is a must visit Hudson Valley destination from April to October. Whether you're looking to soak up the sun, enjoy a good meal, watch the game, or party the night away Stella's Station is sure to have what you're looking for.
Stella's Scoops
Located adjacent to our restaurant is Stella's Scoops, an old fashioned ice cream shoppe. With a selection of 24 flavors, Stella's Scoops is sure to have something to tickle your taste buds. We are proud to offer locally made Jane's Homemade Ice Cream as well as Hershey's Premium Ice Cream. Come in for soft ice cream, milk shakes, floats and cyclones. Need an ice cream cake for that special someone's birthday? Well, don't sweat it, Stella's Scoops has you covered. Looking for a place to host a party for your little one? Meet the Owners
Michael DePoala
A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America Michael honed his craft as a chef and manager at some of NYC’s top restaurants before taking over Stella’s Station in 2012. He quickly refreshed the iconic establishment, bringing a new menu that offers the best ingredients and doubling down on high quality service. Michael was born and raised in Saugerties, NY and is proud to offer top-notch food, spirits and service to his local community and visitors alike.
